1/2 cup maida / all-purpose flour

1 egg

Salt and black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Step-by-Step Recipe
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

Cut each chicken breast horizontally to make a thin fillet.

Cover with plastic and gently flatten using a rolling pin.
2️⃣ Add Filling

Place ham slice on chicken.

Add cheese slice on top.

Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
3️⃣ Coat the Chicken
Prepare 3 bowls:

Bowl 1: Flour + salt + pepper

Bowl 2: Beaten egg
-
Bowl 3: Bread crumbs
Dip chicken roll in this order:
Flour → Egg → Bread crumbs
4️⃣ Cook
Option 1: Fry

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry chicken rolls on medium heat 8–10 minutes until golden.
Option 2: Bake (healthier)

Preheat oven 180°C
-
Bake 25–30 minutes.
Simple Cream Sauce (Optional but Amazing)
Ingredients:
-
1 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp flour
-
1 cup milk
-
Salt & pepper
-
Little grated cheese
Cook butter + flour → add milk → stir until thick → add cheese.
Pour over the chicken before serving.
Serve with:

Mashed potatoes

Garlic bread

Salad
